Thanks for your remarks, Bea:

Barry? so we should also call her Sarry? it would help to gain respect for your opinions if you could refrain from getting cute with the names.

actually, not like Bush. GWB did not graduate Summa Cum Laude but he did have family money to pay his way in, unlike Obama who actually had to work to get in and stay in.

First-

The 'with honors' awards and 'with great honors or distinction" discussion is somewhat relevant, but the actual point I made was that both Bush and Obama have post graduate degrees from Harvard.

I think she did well, she doesn't sound like a politician and I like that. Everyone complains that she doesn't sound like a candidate and I think that's a good thing because listening to politicians piss me off.

Inasmuch as your CL has repeatedly asked some posters to call McCain by his correct name, I would expect that the same standards apply for Obama.

It's kinda funny you would say that because I think it's worse for Obama to be dragging his young daughters out on stage and having them do interviews on EXTRA. The baby doesn't even know whats going on but the older girls do

You have ten years to pay off your loans. If he graduated in 1991 and paid them off by 2000 then he paid them off a year early.

Just because she is a Republican doesn't mean she is Bush, Biden actually has agreed with McCain on many things over the years (including gay marriage). He is also against abortion even though he has agreed there probably isn't anything the gov. could do to change it.
