John McCain, but he missed the opportunity to talk about the fault the democrats have in the current economic crisis. The fact is that Barney frank lead helm and clinto was the one the forced "regulation" on Freddie and Fannie that forced them to give martgages to people that noramlly wouldn't qualify. Bottom line the blame wall street for it, but it was government intervention that led to the problem. Republicans aren't against regulation. They are against intervetnion in free markets that cause this type of unbalance.

I guess what disturbed me more was the faces and head shaking going on with Obama when McCain was talking.

I think that Obama did an outstanding job in reall addressing the issues. He showed the upmost respect to his opponent always looking him in the eyes when addressing him. I 'm just wondering why McCain couldn't do the same?

I didn't think this was rude at all.

They both had ineresting points- but either way - I gotta vote for the guy that socks the higher taxes to the upper class and gives the lower class a break - Go Obama!

at least he looked at McCain and acknowledged his presence in the room. by his body language, McCain was even MORE rude by refusing to look at Obama and by addressing him the third person - like "Senator Obama" wasn't in the room. and i would prefer to have someone be honest in his disagreement by shaking his head than by smirking at me as an indication of his arrogance and condescension - like McCain did.

I really think not voting for someone because you don't like their name is very immature.

The head shaking and smirking was done by both McCain and Obama, unless I was watching a different debate than everyone else.

I didn't learn anything that I didn't know before. I didn't thin either candidate was just themselves. They were so politically canned on their speeches.
