.5% of the households in the US make this or more. Or 99.5% make less. I'd say that is very wealthy. I'd even go as far to say that the top 2% earning households should be considered wealthy.

Oh for crying out loud. Don't businesses have a lot of tax write-offs? I had a friend who owned a small business. He sold Irish jewelrey. He invested 50,000 of his own money for this endeavor. He ended up loosing his shirt. His business went under. I know businesses

Well, it wasn't really a correction as you stated the truth- it is less than 5%. I just narrowed it down a bit more.

While I was working also, we grossed over 90,000, but the low end. Our house is worth about 289,000. It will be paid off in 3 years. We just got a new car, a Subaru Outback, two year loan interest free.
