I'm sorry, but how much damage could a minpin really do to a car? I mean really...those dogs are no bigger than a puff of air.
The first time I read this, I didn't read the article, just your post, and I thought, wow...must've been a mastiff or something to cause that much damage.
A minpin? Please....... That Honda Civic must've already been a POS to begin w/ to cause ANY damage. I would think that the dog would've had to jump to reach where a radiator is on a car, and the driver would have been having to go pretty fast to cause any damage. Something just doesn't make sense to me here.
I'm not sure the owner of the dog should be responsible for 100 percent, but for sure he should pay something.
