Mobs is the noun. Sychophantic is the adjective. Mob is not name calling; it is descriptive of a group who can accurately be termed (according to www.dictionary.com, 2nd meaning) "The mass of common people; the populace"
God demands we do better than that. At least in the translations I use. >>
Please explain the name-calling offense in this quote.
Yet again, you are objecting to an adjective, which is NOT a name; it is a description. You may not LIKE the description, but it's not name calling.
Oh, the irony is palpable. Or it would be if you hadn't been so dishonest in removing this quote from its context in which I apply YOUR perjorative (which *is* namecalling) in a manner you find objectionable. Well, whose fault is that, may I ask? YOU are the one who decided it's fair to call EVERY actor EVERYWHERE a noodlehead. I simply applied it to on of your personal Golden Boys. Too bad for you. If you object to this as namecalling, your entire behavior has been deplorable, because you are the one who coined the term in the first place AND behaved as though it were a fair name for all actors. Hoist by your own petard, Leslie; save your sanctimony on this for someone without the memory to remember who started the "noodlehead" nonsense in the first place.
Children is the name; nimrod is the adjective. No name calling.
you tell me. You're the one talking about the prayerful man in the white house and the noodlehead actors in Hollywood. Shouldn't you be held to the standards you consistently demand of those of whom you disapprove? Is it not fair for us to expect you to meet the standards you set? or to comment when you fall so far short a 4 year old would notice?
You vomit your nasty invective all over this board and when you're called on it you want grace??? When have you shown any to 1) actors and actresses in Hollywood, 2) protestors, 3) anyone who has disagreed with you on the war? Why should you feel entitled to what you will not grant?
