I have no sympathy for the guy. It is NOT his job to second guess what his clients are going to a location for. (The woman could have been going to PP for many other reasons, and it is not his place to ASK what she was going to do once she was at PP)
KNOW what the duties of your job is BEFORE you accept the job. And if your "religion" requires you to abstain from performing the duties of the job, then LOOK FOR ANOTHER JOB !!!!!!!

ITA! Don't take the job and agree to do the job expected of you, and then refuse to do it! Eyeroll. Exercising one's religious freedom has to stop when in doing so, one denies another person his/her rights. There has to be some give & take, compromise, when working in the diverse secular world "out there." We are not living in some theocracy here. GAAH! :O Or, go be some hermit in a cave somewhere! Even if she had declared that she was going to get an abortion, he had no right to deny her service. Its a legal medical procedure. By interfering with her right to acquire a legal medical procedure, he violated her civil rights. And he's suing????
