CNN) -- The Utah Supreme Court has reversed Warren Steed Jeffs' two convictions on charges of rape as an accomplice and ordered a new trial, saying that instructions given to jurors were erroneous.

Jeffs, the "prophet" of the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, or FLDS, was sentenced to two consecutive terms of five years to life after he was convicted in September 2007. He was accused of using his religious influence over his followers to coerce a 14-year-old girl into marrying her 19-year-old cousin.

Oh, good grief! This is sick and disgusting. Why is there a judge sitting up there and doesn't point out/notice any such issues while the damn trial is in progress instead of having this kind of crap happen later? I feel so sorry for victims! What a travesty that this filthy creep is loose again!

Yes, more $$$, and a risk that with legal maneuvering by the defense, they could get this creep off or a lighter sentence, and he could be out doing it all again. Just boggles the mind. I get so sick & tired of criminals getting out, and sometimes, off, on "technicalities." Why the heck doesn't the judge catch this stuff during trial?! Are our forensic, law enforcement professionals, the prosecutor so incompetent these days?! And these girls are raped all over again, having to go through yet another trial. Just aggravating and frustrating. >>://
