By the way, if my kids were grown and had FB pages, I personally wouldn't find it weird at all for an old friend of mine to click on their pages after re-connecting with me.

I say go for it...i have reconnected with quite a few old friends thru my oldest sons facebook page...he shares my husbands name so ppl will try to connect with his dad and end up connecting with me...dh has no FB page not his thingy and i use my maiden name with my married name>

I say go for it. Her kids are adults, and if they don't want to be *found* they can set their pages to private.

I don't use my maiden name. I have no desire to be found by people of my past, lol. I do have two friends from hs...but no others, and no interest.
