Again, this is an odd/short week because of our quick trip to NM on Mon/Tues.

I never answer these threads because we don't menu plan and DH does most of the cooking. But tonight I made ham and lentil soup. It was good and we even got the girls to eat some of it (but they didn't like it.)

My youngest never used to like soup--she was just a picky eater and soup & casseroles were bad (to her) because there would always be things in them she didn't like.

My dd is like your dh. Doesn't matter what soup it is, she claims it is not sufficiently filling.

Meal Plan for this week:

Saturday: Taco Potatoes (thanks for the idea!)
Sunday: Spanish Rice (Dora and Diego Cookbook recipe)
Monday: Eating out
Tuesday: Bacon, home fries, and eggs and salad
Wednesday: Spaghetti and meatballs and green beans
Thursday: Baked Mac and Cheese and salad
Friday: Chili and green beans

We also have cherries, cantaloupe, oranges, and blueberries to eat for dessert this week.
