I read through alot of the posts where women state stuff like not being comfortable with leaving their babies with "strangers" and honestly, I never felt that way. Sure there have been times I felt sad to leave my kids, sure there are days that I wished I could have stayed home (more for me because the hustle bustle of work/drop off/pick up/lunches/getting up early/cookign dinner late, etc).

How else would you get out the door? For some reason dd did not cry when I left her with the sitter, but cried every day at preschool and when left with sitters. She cried because she was POed.

Well, of course it wasn't your fault. Nor anyone else who has done due diligence (checked for references, licenses, drop ins on the providers, etc.). Even without due diligence, the FAULT is still firmly with the molester, although it's okay, imo, to mention what a parent can do to help reduce the chances.

you may want to pay closer attention -- she's a SAHM and one of the kindest most devoted posters I've come across , she cares for a seriously ill child as wella s her other children while her wife works.....

but even if she WAS a WOHM that was a horribl horrible thing to say to someone

"If gay Americans are not allowed to get married and have all the benefits that American citizens are entitled to by the Bill of Rights, they should get one hell of a tax break. That is my opinion,"

- Jeane "Dear Abby" Phillips, in an interview with Lisa Leff.

This might be one of the cruelest, most inhumane posts I have seen here, and to probably the person who would least deserve that kind of treatment.

edited to remove the quote. I have no doubt everyone knows what post I mean, and think there is no need to have it here twice.
