My dh is a twin; his sister arrived 14 months later, and his brother 14 months after that - 4 kids in just over two years.
I did home child care for several years when my children were younger.
I don't doubt that you could get three babies out the door in the event of a fire, but, seriously, do you think you'd take the time to pull out the stroller, or *attach* one of the babies to your back?

My first thought is that I wouldn't hire someone who was going to give birth a few months later, unless of course they have a backup plan (that I approved of and agreed with) well in hand for the 6-8 weeks that I wouldn't have a daycare provider.
I also wouldn't use a home daycare provider who was looking to provide care so they could be home with their own children.
