Very interesting article on USA today online this morning about how more fathers are stepping up to claim workplace benefits traditionally only sought after by working moms (flex time, leave etc...) I leave this with you...discuss amongst yourselves....

I know, but they have the flexibilty beyond that to come and go if family needs arise.

My previous employers offered 3 weeks paid paternity leave.
