Often SAHMs will talk about WOHM like they are a foreign species and WOHMs do the same talking about SAHMs like they are a foreign species.

Are SAHM and WOHM really that different?

As someone who has done both I don't think so. I did not suddenly change when I returned to the work force or when I again left the work force for a few months.

Actually, I'd do what I do if I woh. When I worked (and yes, it was before kids) I cleaned, cooked, did all the grocery shopping by choice like I do as a sah.

Wait, which is it? Do you do these things now, or does someone else do them?

my sister and her husband WOH while raising four kids just fine, they had outside sitters, aren't the type to hire nannys or housekeepers.

I understand now and I agree. The compensation for SAH is not a tangible, measurable thing. The working partner's money enables SAH but it not the reason for SAH. The motivations for SAH can be intrinsic as well as extrinsic, just as the motivations for WOH can be intrinsic as well as extrinsic.

I love & enjoy doing ALL of these things.

If I woh I'd have to ask the babysitter to do a few things as I described.

I know you enjoy doing them. That's not being questioned. You said "I'd do what I do if I woh." If someone else is peeling the potatoes, they're peeling the potatoes, not you. If someone else is putting the food in the slow cooker, they're the ones doing that, not you. So you wouldn't be doing all the same things as a WOHM to the same extent as you do them now as a SAHM - either some of the things would be done by someone else (i.e., someone else does some of the housecleaning) or you would do all the same things to a lesser extent (i.e., you do all of the housecleaning yourself but you wouldn't get the same results from 30 minutes of cleaning as you would get from 2 hours of cleaning). Does that make sense? Your statement just struck me as saying that nothing would change if you WOH, which doesn't seem possible to me if we're talking about working full-time.
