Opps sorry, I misunderstood. You have a point, why can little boys cheerlead? Or can they? I really dont know that.

Are you telling me grown men or women married with children are not "weirdos who think little ones are doing specific moves or things to excite them sexually? Have you ever researched things on line and the communities that child molestors offer one another support? It is eye opening.

To answer your question, no that is not only why she would not be allowed to cheerlead, it would be beacuse the outfits the makeup and the hairdos are inappropriate for her and until she old enough to wear the outfits hairdos and makeup she will not be cheering.

They get to crazy in my area with cheerleading, it is like little beauty pagents. All the little gilrs look and act like they are 16 years old.

My dh and I agree no way for our dd.

oh,i give kids loads of credit. i'm not going to pretend kids go around crying foul about smoking, and other risky behaviors. they don't.....the kids who smoked, the kids who attempted even riskier behavior than that separated themselves from kids (like me) who couldn't imagine the things they did. and i can admit that....i think you all are skirting around a very real identity in kids - kids who didn't give a damn, feared less were the same who respected less. the kids who feared more because they followed house rules, respected more.

How pretensious to claim that "Iam doing what I want for my children," not what is best for them. You are incorrect! what a ludacrist comment anyway. I have researched this recently and as I said it is agianst the law in my state. Iam in illinois, right now, we have a move in the near future. :)

Im not missing the point, Iam confident in saying that no one in our inner circle is or was a child molester. :) Not all people keep it hush hush. Thank goodness people now are supported to acknowledge it and catch the creeps.

Iam sorry about your father.

Thank you. I lived in the same type of neighborhood. I still know the majority of the people as alot of them are parents of the kids I went to school with. Everyone knew everyone, personally.
