kind of in line with the thread about food,encouraging bites i wanted to throw out that DD2 isn't a fan of breakfasts.

Our kids have a generally designated time for snacks. They get their snacks out, then eat at their desks while doing something else. There are some guidelines for what they are allowed to bring though - nothing that can't be eaten with their hands and nothing messy. And no nut products.
