To be honest, considering what my taxes are used for, I'm not so sure that is a bigger contribution to society than volunteering 10 hours a week would be.

That's not what Desireehaze said so I'm not sure why you're giving the thumbs-up on that.


And there's no way I would describe the hard work and stress I endured in school and work as "luxurious" even if it led up to this point where I get to be a SAHM for 11 years and counting.
