It's not about "accomplishing anything." It's about smelling the roses throughout the journey.

I hadn't realized you WOH after having children. How long did you WOH after you became a parent? Or are you speaking from something other than personal experience?

Exactly. People find various degrees of joy in various activities. It's not about accomplishing anything. It's about choosing the life that brings us the most joy. For some, that might be a SAH lifestyle. For others, a different lifestyle might bring them the most joy. What one person may consider to be a worthless activity, another may consider priceless, and vice versa.
We each decide what are the "roses" in our lives that we are stopping to smell.

yes, and I don't know anyone who doesn't make "some" time to stop and smell the roses....
