I don't know the sleep schedules of a lot of kids. But I can say that if DH and I both worked full time, Samantha would be in bed a lot earlier and have a more consistent sleep schedule. . .
Making sure she learns foreign languages (not covered in school, due to her being bilingual), monitoring her bilingualism and providing support for her minority language, providing materials for her special interests, paying for violin or art lessons, now that she is a teen including her in adult company with interesting people, stuff like that.
