Agreed, I've seldom met anyone, on a board or IRL, who wants to talk much about dc and who fails to do so in glowing terms.

when i give my child a hug and a kiss they are steeped in the love i have for my child, when the dcp hugs and kisses my child it is done wiht affection, but certainly not the love i feel - but does a hug and a kiss always have to be cloaked in maternal love to be worthy.

Even if that's so, of course that doesn't mean a SAHP is best overall for the family.

When do the parents ever have an adult only life, if they let their young children stay up until 10 or 11? Not in this household - we'd never have sexual relations.
