Yep and the more kids you have, the more benefits you receive.

They also get paid by TLC on top of the businesses they own.

Then on top you can live in Section 8 and pay almost nothing for housing.

And unfortunately there are many out there who keep having children, don't claim they are married or the married work off the books so they claim a lesser income.

The ones who ARE working and struggling get a bad name from the MANY that are not and will take all the benefits they can while doing not much to help themselves and their (growing) family.

the logic could be very simple here but i don't get how one qualifies for WIC PLUS welfare, food stamps..

It's not that hard to learn such information. There's always google.

yeah...the poor really have it easy don't they?

we should all seriously get down on our knees and give thanks that each of has has what we do- clean water, nutrious food on the table, closets full of clothes, cars to drive, safe schools for our kids and more entertainment options than we can fathom.

we all live like kings. a fact for which I am eternally grateful when you think about how large segements of the worlds' population don't even have access to clean drinking water.

No one said they are NOT appreciative of what they have. There are many others who take advantage of the system and that is whom I have been speaking about and will continue speaking about.

"Almost nothing" here is $800 a month for a one bedroom Section 8 apartment. Three bedrooms are about $1200 per month and rarely available. Subsidy already deducted - those are the rents the recipients have to pay.
