The problem is more nuanced than any you espoused.
It's not really "LOL". Many economists predicted the housing bubble, politicians and the greed induced banking system did not.
But if you really want to debate macroeconomics and the US economy, bring it on.
Nope. Just one job, did not make that much but decent money that could have gone toward a normal rent but why would you do that if you qualify for section 8 and pay almost nothing.
