Um, again, HE is not qualifying. His *children* qualify. No children (born or unborn), no WIC. simple as that.

The part the milk comes out of, evidently. Seriously, though, there is a law in this state that prohibits the sale and distribution of raw milk, and the only way you can get fresh, unpasteurized milk is if you own the cow, so there are a lot of cow co-ops, where maybe four people chip in and "buy" a cow from the farmer, who milks your cow and you go pick up the milk from him.

To pick a nit, it is his children that qualify, not him.

Yes, that is of course what I meant; his family would qualify because his income is not that high and he has children under the age of five.

Well the children are not qualifying on their own without HIS salary.
