My dh and I had a debate a few months back, and was curious what you all thought.  With the warmer months, I think it becomes more of an issue in offices when women might be dressing a bit skimpier to deal with the heat.

A former, female co-worker of his was complaining on how a guy in her office would only look at her breasts when talking with her.  She did like to wear low cut tops that make her breasts noticeable to anyone trying to talk to her.

I took the stance that if you are going to dress in a certain manner, or behave in a certain way,  you can't expect the men you work with to respect you as a working woman.  He disagreed, saying that no matter how a woman dresses that she should be treated with respect.

What do you think?

I wouldn't wear tank tops if I worked in an office.

I believe men are responsible for where they look and what they look at. However, I want to be a professional and that requires me to cover up my personal parts. I do not want to see a man's chest all day, he does not need to see mine. There are clothing options that cover you up while at the office, one should use them.

The issue about breasts and cleavage can not always be helped.  My cleavage starts almost under my neck, and the only possible way to conceal it is to wear high necked shirts. When its  110 degrees in the summer, I don't always feel like doing that. The funny thing is, only other women seem to have a problem with it. Men don't seem to care.
