wow I think you just managed to insult both sides of the debate at once ...
"If gay Americans are not allowed to get married and have all the benefits that American citizens are entitled to by the Bill of Rights, they should get one hell of a tax break. That is my opinion,"

I agree that being home is way easier but soaps aren't worth watching.

I disliked being a SAHM, and I didn't think it was easier. 7 years, and I'm never going back.

Well as usual proof that when schools out for summer, kids arent the only ones with too much time on their hands.

I have been both- I was a working mom for 6 years and have now been a SAHM for almost a year.

Okay, so, I've got the popcorn. I hope someone else brings the brownies.

BTW, I've seen more subtle flamebaiting before. Just sayin'

I think that teaching (being in charge of educating and entertaining 30 children all day every day, plus parents, paperwork, meetings, making lesson plans, etc) would obviously be harder than being in charge of just your own children. Frankly, I think that teaching is harder than most jobs out there.

I don't think that you can compare teaching to SAH and then generalize that to mean that SAH is always easier than all WOH jobs.

"If a doctor, lawyer, or dentist had 40 people in his office at one time, all of whom had different needs, and some of whom didn't want to be there and were causing trouble, and the doctor, lawyer, or dentist, without assistance, had to treat them all with professional excellence for nine months, then he might have some conception of the classroom teacher's job. ~Donald D. Quinn"

I realize that you are likely to be a post and run, but..........

To each his own. Which is easier or harder depends on the person/family and their circumstances. FOr me, when my kids were younger sah was harder than woh. Now that they are in school, woh is harder than sah. I was a natural wohm and not a natural sahm. I have had relatively easy gigs both ways.
