It's a simple question, do you or do you not know all the renters in your area and if they are renting legally or illegally?

not too personal at all -- even in joint custody cases like ours the objective is to level the financial playing field so the chidl has more or less the same standard of living at each house -- my ex husband makes probably twice what I make so they plunked in some formulas and came up with the $200 check I get every other week -- if I had made more than him I" d be paying him child support!

Don't they have a percentage in your state of how much he has to pay? I know NY it is 17 1/2% for one child and 25% for two.

You are speaking of rental property, not renting out of your home, correct?
Do you have experience with renting out of your home?
