LOL, "Italian neighborhood" is simply descriptive. RLGL most likely lives in one, so my statement was BACKING her. I have no idea why that would be insulting. As for the rest, already explained, again, and again, and again.

Oh okay, you were mistaken to both the fact that it was an apartment and the rental agreement was illegal, when it fact both cases were legal and not apartments.
