Wow, so know you know what everyone in my neighborhood are-lololol!!!!

I would love to see one of my posts that I have said that everyone in my neighborhood is Italian-bawwahhhaa!!!

Again, shows you that you have NO clue about my neighborhood and not much about NY even though you lived there for what 10 or 15 years (depends on your post for that day).

As far as I can tell, NOBODY in this debate has had an illegal apartment.

I wonder if the IRS agrees that evasion of income tax is not a crime?

So...these neighbors, friends and family that you mentioned earlier in regards to illegal rentals...you have seen the permits in all of these cases in order to know that they are illegal and do not having the zoning required?

You know, despite telling me that only the illegal renter/rentee knows if the income is not reported, that that rental income is not only not reported, but doesn't offset their expenses?

How?

Perhaps you missed these key points?

No, I said the opposite-that a neighborhood may be Italian or Irish or Polish or whatever, but that does not mean that everyone in it is the same ethnicity. You yourself is only part Italian, as far as I remember, and your neighborhood has many Irish and Polish people as well as all the others you mention.

PS: There is no Yugoslavia anymore. Perhaps your neighbors are Kosovars or Croatians or from Bosnia.

Whoooooooooosh, that point went flying by.

But granted, it is pretty funny since that is clearly not what I stated.
