I think if you find there is something that violates tos, then you should report it directly to sub-wife or the use your report a violation button on the post.
Possibly, much like the basement a contractor insisted I have and which he was equally certain that it had water seepage problems that desparately needed the water proofing his company wanted to overcharge me for.
I told him if he could find my basement, I'd buy the most expensive water proofing program they sold, but if he couldn't, he'd pay ME the equivalent of that same water proofing program. That's when he hung up.
I really coulda used the basement...(although prior to this morning, I figured it would be a great workplace for tinkering with the sewing machines--who knew I was overlooking prime illegal apartment real estate???)
Read my post again. The very first sentence starts, "If it's ok with the municipal government...". If a person already has the "ok" of the municipal government, that implies that they haven't violated zoning.
Perfectly logical and reasonalbe -- and of course its point will be entirely ignored, lost or misinterpreted in the zeal to "get" people who are up to some shady shenanigans.....
"If gay Americans are not allowed to get married and have all the benefits that American citizens are entitled to by the Bill of Rights, they should get one hell of a tax break. That is my opinion,"
What hypocrisy? Although some posters have rented out parts of their homes, none have done so illegally. I have rented out the first floor of my home while living on the second floor. The area is zoned for it, all paperwork was filed with local government and all rental income was reported to the IRS. What exactly is illegal or hypocritical about that?
The house I grew up in had an apartment in what became my father's living room. Before we moved in, my dad ripped it all out, but on the floor you could see the lines where the walls had been. It took years before he put in a new floor, and as kids we would follow those lines and try to imagine what that apartment had looked like.
