No, as I have explained before "I" rented an apt. that was legal and "I" saw a permit.


Others do NOT have one and the only reason I know (besides the renter) is that I was good family, good friend or neighbor. NO ONE else would know this as they were not going around telling everyone they had an illegal apt. Would you?


Was it easy to go from one zoning to another? Didn't you have to have a meeting with neighbors for that?

So WHY would you keep saying "Italians". What do you have against Italians? Did you have a bad experience with some in NY?
