Just like Walmart is liable if an unisured driver hits another vehicle on their property?

Well, "if something happens INSIDE the school with a student", what difference does it make if they have a drivers lisence and insurance?

I didn't miss it, I didn't answer the question.

Never heard of it and when I read something new, it is often interesting as was this.

We were speaking of a school student parking lot. Not a public area like a Walmart parking lot.

Not if they weren't negligent. Anyone can be sued. Doesn't mean there is a case.

So, by your logic, the schools; should be liable for anyone driving onto campus and should be checking to make sure ANYONE who is driving on campus has a license, whether you are a parent, student, teacher or staff member.

Well I can tell you that the insurance rates are very high for liability. We have no drivers education in our schools because of that. And if you get hurt on school property (not 100% sure if it is only on the inside), they take responsibility as they liable.
