No. You would only be liable if you were somehow responsible for the injury, either by your action, or inaction.

What do you consider full time then?

Well IMO and must be of the schools also, that is the parents problem at that point to find a sitter or fix their schedule, not theirs.

They offer help to parents who work, not ones who decide they don't want to make 2 trips to the school or have other commitments besides a job.

Yes...always true.

Do you even know what liable means?

My daughter is a junior taking 3 APs and she's captain of the xc team. She has 3hours hw a day M-Th and at least that much on Sunday. She takes Friday night off for fun and works 8hrs Saturday. She is home sick today and freaking out a little because of all the classwork she's missing.

She works much harder than I do at my ft job.

That makes absolutely no sense. Why is the school only liable for the student parking lot and not the entire property? If the school is liable for student drivers, they are going to be liable for all drivers. You do realize that there are going to be times when teens are driving on campus even though they don't have or need a parking permit, right?

IME, the person was somehow responsible for the injury and the school still paid for all the medical bills.
