so lsat night when liza was taking her shower I was doing my usual thing -w hich was sitting on the bathroom counter talking to her -- there's something about that shower curtain that frees her to ask me all sorts of stuff (must be her catholic upbringing..it's like being in confession)

Years ago, we were joking on one of these boards that we should have a summer child swap. You would set up a list of people, and once a week you would send whatever kid you had on to the next address and get a new one in turn. It was based on the theory that other people's kids are never as annoying as your own, lol. I bet Dylan would have a fine time with dh.

well we're getting some good practice by sending Flat Stanley around... :-) I see no reason we can't duplicate that with actual children!
