That's right. And she was given (several times) the suggestion of working a part time job while her dh was at home (evenings? weekends?) just in case she actually was morally opposed to daycare. But that was a no-go too. Which leaves morally opposed to working.

I assume they live inthe same jurisdiction as you- as judges frown on taking children away from their other parent.
