Why does the media portray working moms, always, as having guilt?

My point is ... she didn't say in the post you responded to that she paid some of the buyer's costs. She simply said she paid some closing costs. ALL sellers pay some closing costs. So your apparent disbelief that she said closing costs was quite odd.

Nope not those words at all. I stand by what I said. If you think you get it so be it.

Yes, I often find that when people do things vastly differently than what I've experienced that it strikes me as odd. Finding things different than expected is one of the definitions of odd.

Are you saying a business owner is a volunteer?

In some respects, yes. They are unpaid labor. They're doing it voluntarily. If they're not paying themselves, then, in some ways, they are acting as a volunteer.

That is what I am asking you. Where do you get this theory?

thanks for the write up. sounds almost like i'm reading it in textbook format or something. lol. and no plans to pursue the cpa, just curiosity stirring really.......it does make me wonder, though how many graduates with degrees in accounting do *not* pursue cpa licenses. it is my opinion that many probably do.

LOL, and where was I supposed to get the information of what you are doing in your house???? You were playing it up as a major remodel with the goal of flipping the house, so I assumed that was the case. Now it's just some cabinets and carpet and you aren't selling for years. Whatever.
