Why does the media portray working moms, always, as having guilt?

that's a big yuck in my house....and an even bigger yuck when we see it in other homes. dd2 especially is picky about her restroom visits. if there's a ring or even toilet tissue on the floor, she won't use it..i make sure our toilets get tackled at least once a week.

Originally she asked if you had ever been in their home and stayed there to know if it was clean.

Good one. You know how to find the statement you made. Did you NOT make one about how it affected you?

It's nuts - why would anyone even give soda to kids at all unless it's a special occasion! It's undeniable that we as Americans have developed a passion for sweet beverages of all kinds on a 24/7 basis, and so it seems natural to us to do it for kids, too.

I can't see a toilet can not get dirty in 2 weeks. Don't you have 4 or more people in your family? I wipe mine down a couple of times a week because it starts smelling and then clean it once a week.
