Why does the media portray working moms, always, as having guilt?

Well my son rarely whines but my daughter....SHE is a whiner.
Both of them were pretty much angelicly well behaved, in hindsight, up till they were 3. The occasional melt down but really really good. From about 10 or so months ago (they turned 4 last month) and even moreso in the past 3 months, they've been testing their boundaries. And ours:)

I just figured that it would be remembered, since it was answered multiple times now.

You did not want to start a debate about how clean your in-laws were. I guess that is ok if you don't want to but you wouldn't stand that from anyone else.

Why is that something that needs to be learned?

Well everyone's different! My kids leave toys around, they leave clothes around. They pick up after themselves, but usually about 75% of it if that.
And counters get water marks, dust, makeup, etc. I'm a clean freak -- and so is DH so we clean in between big time!

Because as it was stated posts and posts ago, I don't care how clean they are or not based on anyone's standards.

I'm sorry, but no way. Go to any preschool; you'll find shelves at a height well below the height of the kids where legos, blocks, puzzles, etc. are easily retrieved and easily put away. The point is for kids to have fun playing with them and put them away independently, piece by piece or a few at a time, whatever works for them. You just need to set things up differently for him so he can manage.

So then why is it my responsibility to answer a question for the 5th time?
