Why does the media portray working moms, always, as having guilt?

"it's a DECISION that is made...which is to go to work while having a child/children,and have someone else take care of them.I mean who wouldn't FEEL GUILTY!...I sure would...but as I decided to have children then it was MY responibility to stay home and take care of my OWN children!."

Why is taking physical care of my children during the workdays instead of earning $$$$ the only acceptable way to avoid guilt?

Does your DH feel guilt for WOH?

"what i don't agree with is the statement of contributing more WOH not SAH. that clearly implies that sah is something less.....if the contribution was *more* than just a paycheck,it wouldn't have to be separated by woh/sah lines."

BS.

Hey, some of us take the long term (18 years +) view of childraising and don't need to be AH with our 3 month olds.

Yep. Good point.

Lately I've had days where I've eaten breakfast, lunch AND dinner at my desk. I do usually make a point of getting up to pee a couple times during that time, but that's about it for "me" time.LOL

My DH and I decided we would both continue WOH even before we were married.
