Why does the media portray working moms, always, as having guilt?

I thought that you were kind of in the business of buying, renovating, and reselling homes. My mistake.

Oh I agree....I used to go on Monday mornings shopping, without the kids but the lines were long.

You and I agree on the cleaning sooooooo much. I HATE doing it but LOVE to the feeling of having everything clean!
I enjoy running the kids around too and doing things with them and my dh. Doing what I please is not exclusive to me being alone. I do enjoy my "me" time but it does equal to doing things with my family.

I wouldn't spend my entire day doing things that don't please me, but I realize that others do.

No that isnt it at all. It is time to sit for a bit on this one. I would be a mad woman if this was a WAH job. Do all this stuff to the house and not get paid for 3 years.

Do what?

I agree. I guess when it comes to my kids, I will do as much as I can for them. Of course there are things that do not please me (chuck e cheese on a sat. afternoon-lol!) but I do them if they have to do with my family.
My dh is great with giving me "me" time if I need it and has no problem with me going out with friends every few months or running to the store by myself.

Yeah, but this is the best coast, you know. Otherwise, why else would all those pioneers keep moving west? They knew a good thing was just over those mountains.
