guilt??? why in the world should i feel guilty for working???? Roflol! Oh, you must be joking!
carole
OH, I get it now. It's a new version of "only the really, really well off or rich people should have kids. If it takes two incomes to get there you're not worthy of children".
complete and utter BLECH!

I've been a wohm for almost 16 years - through 3 children and now a step-daughter too. No guilt here. Ever. At all.

<<just like an alert to show coupons to the attendant when you want to use a coupon,too...>>
Nope, you just scan those, no alert to the attendant at the systems at the grocery store I use on a regular basis.
<<those quick check out lines are really a convenience for ppl who aren't at the store to buy much ime....and are you honestly saying that you check out a full grocery cart that way?>>
Everything I say is honest, why on earth would I take the time to lie about grocery stores?

I spend about $100-150 on a grocery store trip, the cart is pretty full.

<<and i feel pretty good knowing that if i return to work,it can be for reasons i really want to not for reasons that i think would help some household budget.>>
What were the reasons when you worked before and now that you are working at the Y?
PumpkinAngel
No, I got what you said....I just don't agree.
PumpkinAngel
Yet you did ask again....
<<I guess it is the last word thing again. >>
Exactly what I thought before when I agreed with you and just now as I read post 624.
