Why does the media portray working moms, always, as having guilt?

If my mortgage was as cheap as yours and I was planning not to fund my childrens' college educations like you are, I'd be in the exact same boat.

NYS is funny with school busses. If in a given district no schol is more than two miles from any of its students, no busses are required. At the same time, it may not be safe for a kid to travel the less than two miles in question.

I am not doubting what you say. Just sharing my experience.

<<>>

That is why I load the belt a certain way. I put all the things that are alike together and that is how they get bagged by the store bagger and I dont have to do it.

<<>>

I never said people didnt have self checkouts. I said the self checkouts here dont allow large orders. I use the self checkout at our Home Depot becaue they are SLOW and never have enough lanes open. I dont shop much at Lowes and WalMart very little.

No I told Hazel she has a lunch hour. She agreed. Yes I did say I got less time now as a SAHM. I didnt mention anything about my work schedule or lunch hours.

You cant go to lunch before 12?

<<>>

Yes I have been at work where I am very busy. However I take my lunch break early, or I leave work early. As for the blue collar comment I have no idea. I dont have a blue collar job. You will have to ask someone that does.

You want to compare my times? Why would I post out all that information? It is my experience that I have more "do as I please time" when I am a WOHM than when I am a SAHM. It isnt a debateable issue. It is my experience. But thanks for your interest in my life.

NO thanks. I dont want my children to take the bus. Your SAHM can do whatever she likes that is her choice. For my children whether I am a WOHM or a SAHM they wont be riding the bus.

Let me start by saying nowhere in this post did you answer my question. So let me ask again...Is this how your friend makes his living?

<<>>

Never once said that.

<<>>

Never said that either.

<<>>

Yes when we do decide to sell this house, (approximately 3 years)then we should make a lot of money.

<<>>

I said I didnt do any of the work. I had my house renovated. What I did was no different than what anyone else does that has their house renovated. Just most likely on a larger scale.

<>

No. Nor did I get paid.

Now...I answered all your questions. Will you give me the same courtesy?

This is what I have tried to say in several posts. Yet somehow to others here I am a WAHM even though I dont have a paycheck. Go figure.
