Why does the media portray working moms, always, as having guilt?

When my children were preschool aged (0-5), I had more "do as I please time" as a woh than as a sah during that same period. Now that they are in school "fulltime", I have much more "do as I please time" as a sahp during the school year and it is a wash during the summer.
As woh, I could take a day off and still keep the kids in othercare. As a woh, I had relatively free lunchhours. With small children and as a sahp, I had little to no free time. Babysitters were hard to find during the day - except during the summer.

1. By definition a SAHP does not earn money. Once a parent earns money, that parent would be considered to be working in some sense of the word. A SAHM who gets paid to take care of other people's children as well as her own is absolutely working. What else would you call it?
2. My own dd has not really had any sitters/daycare arrangements since she started school. In a sense I have been "home" with her, but I am a WOHM, because I do work and I do make money.
3. Many people make money although they never receive a paycheck. It is called making a profit, like you are doing with your house, for example.
