Why does the media portray working moms, always, as having guilt?

<<<>>

Please provide proof of this statement. Where did you find that most people would employ a general contractor to do what I do.

<<>>

You are correct. I wouldnt have been working this hard on our house if I had been a WOHM. I was able to do more to our home because I was not working.

<<>>

You are assuming that our home would have been done the way it has been done the same way if I were WOH. That assumption is incorrect. I have said more than once that me being able to be a SAHM enabled me to do our homes much faster than if I had been working.

As for #3 sure it is for everyone. If you market sucks, and you paid too much for the home to begin with no renovation is going to make you money. You would be lucky to break even. So the market plays a significant role in selling a home.

She didn't find that. That's why she's asking if that was the case.

You should have had a real estate agent or if you did you should have had a better one.

I hope they get themselves organized and start building better roads and bike paths! I have to admit that I am kind of bothered by the idea of teenagers not being able to learn how to get places on their own...I always considered learning how to be independent that way a rite of passage.

Part of putting income back into the business is paying the owner.
