Heart vs. Head: The work status decision

Did you make your decision to SAH/WAH/WOH ft/pt based primarily on objective/tangible factors, or with your heart?

I think for many jobs, its easier to operate in a sleep-deprived state at home than at work; totally dependent upon the job. I'd rather take care of my kids while sleep-deprived than perform surgery sleep-deprived, for instance. And for SAHMs there isn't driving involved and presumably a WOHM has to drive herself to work.
I don't think its *harder* as a WOHM per se ... just different.
ROFLMAO! Yeah- I never understood that one either...... But then, I get mine in bulk at the warehouse store. Gods forbid we ever run out ROFL! ;)

I was comparing WOHMs and SAHMs with the same exact kids, though, not different types of kids.
Is it really your experience that most moms of 12 week olds are not seriously sleep deprived, btw?

Well, I guess I do always count on my friends to help out at the park. My closest freind has a 2yo and 3yo (just a few months older then my 2) and when we go together that makes for 4 toddlers. I never had a problem helping her kids, and she does the same in return. We are both always on the climber together helping the kids and playing (which I very much enjoy)
"disclaimer ---> No, I don't think adults that may have kept an eye out for my children were helping to raise them, they weren't doing anything more than simply being a good neighbor or community."
LOL!

Mine have their favorite parks for doing specific things.
