Did you make your decision to SAH/WAH/WOH ft/pt based primarily on objective/tangible factors, or with your heart?

nice post and i do agree. i would add however, that when it comes to our children my husband and i do share the same goals on most things, although we achieve those goals differently.

if my husband were to say that he believed that to be a good parent one must provide financially for those children, i would have a problem with that. because i believe i am a good parent even though i do not provide financially for my kids.

Of course I am, because well they are two completely separate individuals, especially since they have two very different ideas of what makes them each a good parent.

Are you going to go back into past debates and provide those where I have asked you to provide post numbers cut/paste?

Why and what does being a CL have to do with anything?

i think you summed it all up right there, jlk.....dh and i must agree that this sah/woh arrangement is what is best for us. and it's certainly not about one being better than the other, but rather being on the same page about what is best.

i would hope that a two wohparents are also on the same page wrt that being a best avenue for themselves as well.

No, I have not withdrawn it....it's there and I am not pretending that I didn't write it.

speaking of past debates pka, why is it necessary for you to pull in and overlap past debates/discussions?
