How Can You Be Sure...

I'm just reading through this topic and want to chime in. I am a SAHM, so I can definitely understand why you need to stay at home. But...as a former preschool and now substitute preschool teacher, it would absolutely be gross to re-wipe a child after he/she went to the restroom. By the time they are potty trained, they do it all themselves. Now, if they ask for help, we will, but it doesn't happen often thank goodness. It's one thing to change a child's diaper on a changing table - then their little tushes need to be sparkling clean (imho), but as soon as they're using the bathroom on their own, we pretty much stay out of it. Although we are good teachers and caregivers, we are not MOM. (Which is one reason why I choose to be a SAHM.
