How do you do it?

I hope I don't start a big controversy, but this is a debate board right?

I just have to ask those working moms....How do you do it?????

I am a Step-mom to two boys ages 6 and 9. I have a three year old that has been in minimal nursery school since he was one. He only goes three days a week for a couple of hours.

My step-sons BM (birth mother) just had a baby with her BF and this is her schedule:

She drops my step-sons at school to the morning-care program at 7:15AM (school starts at 8:45AM). She then drives her three month old baby to an in-home sitter that has five or six other kids at 7:45AM and then goes to work. She picks the baby up at 6:00PM and then she picks my SS up from after-care at 6:15PM (their school is over at 3:10PM). So my ss's are at school each day for 11 hours and the three month old baby is at a sitters for 10 hours each day!

Doesn't that seem like a lot! I just don't understand this. I offered to watch my SS's and she let me for two weeks and then got mad at my DH and put them back in the scholl child care program.

Why would you bother having children if someone else is going to raise them for you?

Without you being offended I just don't want to do it. You can post on topics and such but I don't agree with putting my state or location out in a public post it board.

The words right next to is very clear in that you border a state. I am right next to Oklahoma, Lousiana, New Mexico and Arkansas.

What state is that ? Actually my goal was to get the board to 1000 posts but the hens were prolonging the boot issue. Then they jumped on the weather. It's been sunny and cool an a bit of rain :)

It was about stay at home moms vs working mothers. The original poster however; had a hidden agenda which she was called on the carpet for it.

I don't think they bothered to read my stance on it.

I hear Tom Rapper in Indiana has a great campers for sale. Although there is a place just right out of Myrtle Beach also :)

By the way I don't camp longer I have a cabin and a condo that I inherited in a nice b

Well it's similar to someone trying to give me directions. If you say it's by this store or that store or this park or this or that I can find it but if you say oh it's this route and this road forgetabout it. Or if you say to me oh it's next to Sams but really it means it's down the road a bit.

But however; you might be one of those folks that are particular and and precise. Which when you are saying next you mean next as into bordering or adjacent to. However; I am not that way.

We are only at 862 we need more posts so the more I aggravate the more the post which will get my goal:)

Now they are assuming my sn lol I should of choose Scarlettsangel and then they will probably think everyone in the south reads Gone With The Wind every 6 months or so. However; I used the Thorn Birds this time. :)

It is amazing how they go on though. Maybe I should start their posts with a post that Sarah Ophelia Cannon would say HOWDY.... hehehehe
