How do you think the economy will affect decisions by women to stay at home versus work? With so many people losing jobs, do you think more women will be forced back into a job to help out (or take over) family finances? Is SAH parenting

I guess I should just let it go knowing I was being a good christian by trying to warn them but they were so far gone already and no one else gave me the support that I might be right-you know I am never right and when I am, I am still made to feel like I am wrong

Why does the reason make it more harmful?

If the reason was that the school ended up not being a good choice then moving would make a good choice not a harmful one. It was a correction.

Sitting in the classroom can give a parent some insight but it's not a perfect crystal ball of whether or not the school will be a good fit. I know you'll say, "But then why bother sitting in at all?" Because even if it's not a perfect crystal ball of prediction on how good a fit it will be, it is some amount of info which is better than nothing.

ITA with your statement, then why bother if you don't really know until the child is actually in the school? Why so much problems? What is so different from these children that a school can't accomodate they way they learn?

Well, according to dd#1's therapist, moving kids from school to school is not good for them.
