How do you think the economy will affect decisions by women to stay at home versus work? With so many people losing jobs, do you think more women will be forced back into a job to help out (or take over) family finances? Is SAH parenting

seriously...I've been going by the IQ definition or level or whatever which is how I know about my ex and his dad -- by that definition his dad is a genius - but his dad is content to be ac ustodian at a university where he can audit classes for free and read as much as he wants and not be bothered with much else - so go figure.

I'm definitely not and I don't think the girl is either-- but hey we're cute so we got that goin for us :-)

" Education is everything to me and to my genius of a dh." I don't give a rat's butt that your husband is a genious. I worked nursery this week with a college professor, her Dh is one too, they both have Phd's. She was telling me how he put their 2 year old to bed with a plastic shopping bag. Wow for a Phd he sure sounds like an idiot to me!

I was not picking on you, just curious, because the term is not used much anymore. Which is the IQ cut-off, as far as you know?

I guess your life can't be good unless you are working :0
Some people should have planned their lives a little better so others would not get hurt in the long run :(

Only goes to show you that smart people can be severely humor impaired. ;)

Funny you don't like what she said, yet you mock other parents for researching their children's school.
