You're on the wrong board for that. This isn't a support board. You posted in the debate section of a debate board. If you want a board where you can talk with other moms about what it's like to work at home, here is the link. The best way to introduce yourself without being mistaken for advertising would be to say something like "Hi, my name is ____, and I work for Work At Home United setting up customer accounts. It's nice to meet you all, and I look forward to hearing what you do to work at home, too!" Hope that helps.

Oh yeah, and as Kitty pointed out, you might not want to be posting your email address online.

You know I wasn't bashing you, right? I was trying to help you out.

Anyway, you can't delete the title of the post, but you can select "edit" at the bottom of your post, erase all the text, and leave "nt" or "." or something, then click "Apply". The website won't let you post a completely blank post.

That looks MUCH better! The ivillage debate boards can be startling to a newbie. It's kind of like learning how to swim by being tossed overboard in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, lol. There's a learning curve here, for sure.

Sure you can and you just did. Hi and welcome to the board, my name is Chris and I work at home as a dressmaker specializing in historical clothing. I also work out of the house doing bridal alterations. There are other posters who also work at home here. We have free lance writers and daycare providers who post here. We also have posters who work out of the house but also do some of their work at home.

This is the debate portion of the board. Anything and everything posted in this section is up for debate. There is a not-for-debate portion as well. We're a great bunch but we don't hold hands and can be (are) very blunt at times, use sarcasm, irony, and want statements and facts backed up by facts. Opinions are welcomed as long as they are clearly stated as such and not posted as universal facts.
