The addition of two full time people to my staff and the associated room to house them.

I would even out the work load so that I had an 8 hour productive day every day instead of working 10-11 hours on some days and on other days a lot of down time.

Hmm....for co-workers to try and find the answer on their own instead of just coming to bug me constantly.

The one thing I would change? Me - and I am working on me at the moment.

More of the hands-on work that I love and fewer long term projects that are easier to procrastinate about because there are rarely hard deadlines. Also, less curmudgeonly coworkers who are willing to try new things without complaining every step of the way.

The flexibility to work from home 2.5 hours every day, so I could get my kids ON the bus, as well as off the bus.

I'm with you on the curmudgeonly coworkers, really with you on that.

Another zero added to my check would be cool.

I would like the ability to work from home once a week like I used to.
